作品說明:
將飛鳥與飛機語彙經由意念轉化,將校園中飛鳥翱翔之記憶與在地飛航航空特點概念整合,並經由動力機械之運作,將身體感知由身體知覺轉化為視覺感受。
精準且純粹的動力裝置代表著學校,象徵師長教導精神之精確、剛毅的理性層面。三原色風葉則表現出師長於理性教誨中,亦包容著溫暖柔和之心靈。而七彩羽翼之飛鳥代表著學子,純白色造型象徵著學子潔白無瑕之心靈,色彩三原色主調,展現知識之純粹性,並以其延伸之色彩演變,表達知識互相連結之廣度,生命的羽翼因此多彩多姿。機械的連動狀態,表達師長手把手的帶領學子一步步向前飛翔,教導他們如何在社會之中逆風飛行、順風翱翔。

Description:
This work combines the idea of birds and flying machines into a distinctive visual experience that brings together memories of birds and local airlines flying high above the school campus. It achieves this through a kinetic sculpture that showcases the local geographical environment. Through this dynamic mechanism physical awareness transform physical perception into visual sensation. The precise and pure kinetic installation represents the school, a symbol of the precise way teachers impart knowledge and the rationality of fortitude. The three primary colors and fan blades represent the warmth and spirit that are integral elements of rational instruction. The wings, made up of seven different colors, represent students and the white main body alludes to their flawless spirit. The main focus on the three primary colors alludes to the purity of knowledge, while the extended changes in color express the breadth and depth of knowledge achieved through connectivity and how that adds luster to life. The continuous movement of the piece speaks to the way in which teachers guide students, one step at a time, teaching them to navigate the currents of life until they are able to soar on their own.
